Lidio Rancharan is an easy going person who is strong in spirit and loves to indulge a hundred percent in everything that he does.

Lidio respect's others no matter what status quo they are. He launched his career by reading of the financial industry in the late 1980's and how it was the booming dot-com era. He decided to leave where his position working at the Central Bank of Belize and moved into the financial field, coached by friends working in the financial career and situated in New York.

Recognizing that there is always a need for professional consultation, especially when it comes to investments, Lidio gathered 4 partners to start a consulting business. While they were successful at first the times changed and 9/11 occurred forcing Lidio and the others to face the facts and find their own ways. In 2003 they sold the company and in 2006 Lidio moved to Panama after studying the commodities market in Latin America and worked with Financiera Bannorth SA whose portfolio grew from $5 million to $55 million in just 2 years.

Lidio was managing mortgage credits and trading commodities, but still suffered losses due to strong market competition. He then met a brilliant young man that wanted to know more about the stock marketing. During their meetings they discussed micro loans for the lower bracket individuals of which he had lots of knowledge, and Cresca Creditos and Affiliates was created. Since then they have been successful in the market.

Since its inception in 2011 Cresca has grown to become a competitive company within the industry, increasing its portfolio up to 500% and growing. His greatest accomplishments include becoming independent, working and studying simultaneously to become educated. The experience taught Lidio a great deal about the real world as he learned to be cautious with those who come around him in business.

In other words, he has managed to grow as a person not only secularly but also spiritually. He attributes his success to being diligent and honesty. He plans on working to keep Cresca ahead of the competitors and ensuring that his 2 sons Joel and Jayden have a good start.

This year, 2012, Lidio signed a Wealth Management agreement of $1.2 Billion Dollars with MMX Trading out of Florida. The portfolio consist of several tangible assets and receivables from multi million housing and developement project in Brazil most of the funding is being raised through Structured Financing and Private Placement done by Cresca Group.

He likes reading novels or fiction books. His favorite writer is John Grisham. Lidio also loves traveling and meeting people of different backgrounds.
